Senior Interior Designer

Ryan Young Interiors is looking for a Senior Interior Designer who brings both creativity and technical expertise to the table. You'll lead the design process from early concepts through design development, collaborating with a talented, close-knit team that values thoughtful design, organization, and exceptional client experiences. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and multi-family projects , bringing beautiful ideas to life through space planning, FF&E, material selections, and compelling visual presentations. What You'll Be Doing Lead projects from concept through design development Create inspiring design presentations, mood boards, finish palettes, and material selections Develop thoughtful space plans that balance function and aesthetics Produce high-quality SketchUp renderings and visual presentations Prepare and manage comprehensive FF&E packages and specifications Coordinate furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and accessories Collaborate closely with technical teams, consultants, manufacturers, and vendors Support client presentations and keep projects moving on schedule Assist with construction documentation and drawing coordination using AutoCAD What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional interior design experience Strong commercial and/or multi-family project experience Previous multi-family experience is highly preferred Advanced SketchUp rendering skills Construction documentation experience is a plus Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Why You'll Love It Here Hybrid schedule with work-from-home Wednesdays and Fridays Opportunity to work on thoughtfully designed commercial and multi-family spaces A leadership team that values organization, process, and great design Ryan Young Interiors is a full-service interior design studio specializing in elevated commercial and multi-family environments.
