Account Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales skills and a passion for sales, enabling them to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
• Utilize Salesforce to track account progress, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
• Make and receive sales orders in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Assist in training new team members on account management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be able to work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
