As the Director of Technology, you will be the senior technical authority shaping the next generation of analyzer platforms—driving innovation, setting the technology roadmap, and solving the toughest engineering challenges.What You'll DoOwn the long-term analyzer technology strategyTranslate market needs into cutting-edge product designsGuide electrical, electronic, and chemical engineering advancementsProtect and advance key intellectual assetsTroubleshoot complex issues across legacy + next-gen platformsChampion new product development from concept to commercializationRepresent the organization at industry events and publish technical insightsWhat You Bring• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related• 5+ years industry experience developing analytical instrumentation• Expertise in spectroscopy, laser-based methods, chromatography, electrochemistry, and sensor technologies• Strong electronics/circuit understanding (including low-current measurement)• Experience with chemometrics; ML/signal-processing exposure a plus Genie Matthews and Associates
