WhatYou'llDo:

• Diagnosemalfunctions,dismantleequipment,replaceorfabricateparts, andrestoremachinerytooptimalperformanceusingprecisiontoolsandtechnicaldocumentation.
• Executescheduledmaintenanceprograms,ensuringallequipmentoperatessafelyandefficientlybeforeproblemsarise.
• TroubleshootPLC hardware/software, NC/CNCcontrols,powerdistributionsystems, and electro-mechanicalcircuitsusingadvanceddiagnostictools.
• MaintainbuildinginfrastructureincludingHVAC,plumbing, andgrounds(yes,evensnowremoval!).
• Installnewequipment, runconduitandwiring,interpretblueprints, andcommissionsystemsforsafeoperation.

WhatYouBring:

RequiredQualifications:

• HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent
• 2+yearsofmaintenanceexperience
• Certificationsin industrialmaintenance,electrical,orrepairs
• Strongmechanicalaptitudeandhands-onskills
• Self-motivatedwithabilitytoworkindependently
• Basiccomputerskills(Outlook, Excel)

TechnicalExpertise:

• Proficiencyreadingelectricaldiagrams,schematics, andblueprints
• Hands-onknowledgeof PLCs (Allen Bradleypreferred), VFDs, andsequentialprogramming
• Experiencewith 120/240/480-voltsystems,conduitinstallation,relays, and controlwiring
• Skilledintroubleshooting AC/DC motor drivesandelectricalcomponents
• Competentwithdiagnostictools:multi-meters,amp-meters,oscilloscopes

WorkEnvironment&PhysicalDemands:

Thisroleoperatesin a high-heat,dusty, andnoisymanufacturingsetting .Mustbecomfortableworkinginanindustrialenvironment.Expectprolongedstanding, repetitivemovements, and lifting upto130lbs . PPEprovided.
