Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Loganville, GA and supports a State Farm Agent’s office. In this position, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, identify their insurance and financial services needs, and offer appropriate State Farm products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting needs-based conversations, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in agency systems. You will provide responsive customer service, assist with policy changes and billing inquiries, and help resolve issues in a professional manner. The role also involves participating in local marketing activities, meeting defined sales and activity goals, and collaborating with the agent and team members to support office growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain products clearly, and interact effectively with diverse customers. Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive, consistent client experience. Sales skills, including prospecting, needs-based selling, and closing, with a goal-oriented and metrics-driven approach. Experience in Training or coaching, and Sales Management exposure to support team performance and follow office processes. High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Comfort working with computer-based systems, CRM tools, and basic office software; strong attention to detail and organization. Prior insurance, financial services, or retail sales experience is preferred; applicable state insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them as required.
