Teams earn a base pay of 68-74 CPMcombined (34-37CPM per driver) for all miles on every load.Higher earning potential for teams. Estimated annual earnings range from $85,000 to $128,000 per driver ($170,000 - $256,000 per team), including base pay and bonuses, based on 2026 year-to-date earnings of full-time team drivers.*Freight that rewards the skill.
