As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated professionals to join us and grow with our agency. We offer a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business and nurturing client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable policy options. Responsibilities- Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community outreach (leads provided)
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Prepare and present insurance quotes clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth
Licensing: Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license Preferred (or willingness to obtain). Licensing assistance available
Experience: Sales experience preferred, insurance experience a plus.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
Customer Focused: Strong drive to provide exceptional client service and meet their expectations.
Motivation: High level of enthusiasm towards achieving sales targets and building relationships.
