In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by ensuring all Company buildings are in proper operating condition; all routine and priority work requests assigned are properly investigated and corrected; three (3) years’ general building experience to include some preventive maintenance and basic repair experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and electrical repair; post-secondary education and/or a Technical School certification preferred.Ability to climb ladders and use man-lifts;
