Regional Sales Representative – Southeast

Territory: Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Kentucky

SDS Arms is a leading importer and manufacturer of firearms and accessories, delivering innovative, 

high-quality products to the commercial, law enforcement, and shooting sports markets. We are 

seeking a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout 

the Southeast and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Southeast territory to meet and surpass sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and industry partners within the assigned region.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and engagement.

- Conduct product training sessions for dealers and distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

- Represent SDS Arms at industry trade shows, events, and conferences to promote brand visibility and network with   

industry professionals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

•  3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within the firearms, hunting, outdoor recreation, or sporting goods industry.

•  Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

•  Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•  Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

•  Valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 70%.

•  Knowledge of the firearms industry and current market trends is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

•  Existing relationships with firearm retailers and distributors.

•  Experience representing premium consumer products.

•  Familiarity with distributor sales channels and independent dealer networks.

•  Competitive shooting, hunting, or firearms enthusiast background is a plus.
