We are looking for a Production Warehouse Associate to support packaging, order picking, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely while handling products and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Package, sort, and organize products as they move through production.
• Pick orders using RF scanners and prepare products for shipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely after training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support multiple production areas through cross-training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, stack, and move products throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and work across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and RF scanners.
• Previous warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience.
• Forklift or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Union, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
