Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or another client-facing professional role. 5+ years of business ownership, leadership, or management experience is a plus. Licensing Requirements Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain: Property & Casualty Insurance License Life & Health Insurance License Licensing requirements vary by state.
