Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and recovery. \n
- Educate and support clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies. \n
- Monitor client progress on a regular basis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and responses to therapy. \n
- Foster integrated care by collaborating closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals involved in the clients' treatment. \n
- Stay informed about ongoing research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic methods and treatment effectiveness. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. \n
- Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to improve professional skills and knowledge. \n
- Advocate for clients' needs and mental health awareness, working to reduce stigma and improve access to care within the community. \n

- Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
