• Office hours with hotel pager call -- 3 - 4 weeks per month
• Weekend callback rate: 16%; response time within 20 minutes
• 80% low-risk pregnancy, 20% high-risk pregnancy, 20% c-section
• Must take hospital call for L&D and occasional GYN ED calls
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
