Call Center Representative

Job Overview: Seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Center Representative to join our customer support team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat communications. Enthusiasm and problem-solving skills will help build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Provide initial support and troubleshooting to triage needs and elevate concerns. Document all interactions accurately using data entry skills within systems Perform communication via email or chat to follow up on unresolved issues or provide additional support Maintain organizational skills by managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to call center protocols and quality standards Experience: Previous call center experience or customer service background preferred, demonstrating familiarity with high-volume environments. Fluency in conversational / written English language is required. In-office professionalism, as this role is 'on site' and not 'remote', working as part of a larger team, division, and company. Technical proficiency in using computer systems, call center software, and data entry tools. Experience with ERP / CSM systems such as Oracle NetSuite a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes highly desired.
