Job Title Product Owner with Custodial Wealth Management Exp Experience: 8-15 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Custodial Wealth Management domain expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products and platforms supporting Custodial Wealth Management business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, advisors, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Agile Delivery Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams. Act as the primary decision-maker for product-related priorities and requirements. Custodial Wealth Management Domain Responsibilities Drive solutions across Custodial Wealth Management functions including: Client Onboarding Trading & Order Management Performance Reporting Client Reporting & Statements Retirement Planning Alternative Investments Gather requirements from Financial Advisors, Relationship Managers, Operations Teams, and Business Stakeholders. Ensure products align with industry regulations and compliance standards. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations. Data & Analytics Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance. Utilize client, advisor, and operational data to drive product decisions. Work with reporting and analytics teams to measure business outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Experience 8+ years of experience in BFSI domain. 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager. Strong experience in Custodial Wealth Management platforms and processes. Domain Expertise Strong understanding of: Wealth Management Investment Management Brokerage Operations Retirement Products Managed Accounts Mutual Funds, ETFs, Equities, Fixed Income Products Client Lifecycle Management Agile & Product Management User story creation Roadmap planning Release management Technical Knowledge Good understanding of: Digital Wealth Platforms API and Microservices architecture Data analytics and reporting Integration technologies Preferred Qualifications CFA, CFP, or Wealth Management certifications preferred Experience with platforms such as: Aladdin Pershing Fidelity Wealthscape Envestnet Strategic thinking Client-centric mindset Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Decision-making and prioritization Leadership and collaboration Success Measures Timely delivery of product roadmap commitments.
