The Security Supervisor will oversee security operations across healthcare, industrial, and corporate facilities, leading a team of 16–30 officers and reporting to the Operations Manager. This role coordinates daily coverage, supports emergency response, and promotes consistent security practices through effective supervision, communication, and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a security team of 16–30 officers.
• Coordinate patrol activities across healthcare, industrial, and corporate facilities.
• Conduct security briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities with appropriate personnel.
• Oversee training activities and help ensure officers are prepared for their duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in security operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team leadership experience.
• Conflict-resolution skills.
