CareSTL Health is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization’s financial planning, accounting practices, and fiscal strategy. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to support patient-centered care.

The CFO will supervise the Fiscal Department, oversee audits and government reporting, and partner with senior leaders to align financial resources with strategic goals, risk management, and sustainable growth.
