You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all guests.Job Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.Operate cash register, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change.Prepare food items according to Burger King's recipes and standards, including grilling, frying, and assembling sandwiches.Ensure food quality and freshness, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and other restaurant areas.Restock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, as needed.Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.Uphold Burger King and Onvo's standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.Job Qualifications:Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Must be at least 16 years of age.Disclaimer:The list of Principal Duties, Essential Functions, and Basic Qualifications is illustrative but not exhaustive.
