Remote Quality Auditor II - Process Improvement

Premera Blue Cross

Atlanta, GA

Premera Blue Cross is seeking a Quality Auditor to conduct audits of claims, enrollment, and customer service processes. You will plan and execute audits, communicate findings, and help drive corrective actions across departments.

The role requires 3 years of related experience including quality audit exposure, with a preference for Quality 101 certification and bilingual capability (English/Spanish). This telecommuter position offers growth in quality assurance and data-driven problem solving.
