In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale builds across the entire project lifecycle—from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout—owning the successful construction of the facility. This is a construction leadership role focused on building and delivering the physical data center (CSA and MEP systems)—not IT infrastructure or operations. You will lead a large, cross-functional team and own forecasting, cost control, and financial outcomes in schedule-driven environments where speed-to-market, quality, and uptime are critical.You'll foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance—driving alignment across project teams, craft labor, and trade partners. Just as important, you'll build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, bringing teams together to solve problems and deliver results.
