Dental Clinic Supervisor

Additional Information About the Role Children's Hospital is hiring for a Dental Clinic Supervisor! Come lead a team that is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable patient population providing oral hygiene care. M-F 7:30-5:30 with 8 hour days. One day a week WFH/ AWS. Dental Certificate and Associate or equiv required. Role Purpose Exercises general oversight for daily operations, Daily Management System, employee development including compliance to mandatories, completion of evaluations and mandatory trainings. Ensures billing policies are followed, including collections, track volumes, expenses, and other variances to budget. Responsibilities Coordinates daily operations to include operating room and clinic staffing to ensure safe and superior services. Monitors budget variances, tracks billing processes to maintain standard work, and implements plans for meeting financial goals. Completes yearly evaluations, new hire evaluations and monitors mandatory compliance training. Provides coaching and corrective action as necessary. Collaborates with Dentists and schedules regular staff meetings to maintain department communications. Implements daily standard work, lean, and other daily management systems to promote quality in all areas.
