Description Position Overview Type: Part-Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM-5:00 PM CST Location: Huntsville, AL Travel: None expected Clearance: No clearance required Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. Essential Functions Professionally greets visitors following security protocol by signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals Plans, organizes, and executes monthly luncheons and other events from start to finish Hosts events, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for attendees Manages event setup, breakdown and cleanup, maintaining a tidy and professional environment Coordinates with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations Answers and routes incoming phone calls, delivers messages with polite professionalism Uses Microsoft Office suite for email, budget tracking, and managing conference room calendars Prepares and submits expense reports Performs routine errands including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations Maintains professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc. May assist in executing employee morale programs such as birthday gifting, corporate giveaways, and life event gifting Required Education And Experience Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year administrative experience Minimum of three 3 years’ customer service, guest relations, or hospitality experience Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation during work hours US Citizenship Required What We Offer 401(k) Matching for qualified plan participants Company Events All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
