Schedules available: 7a-11p Weekend Warrior | 3p-11p | 7p-7a

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, meals, and hydration
• Provide compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
• Document food and fluid intake accurately
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements
• Maintain clean and comfortable resident living areas
• Transport residents safely throughout the facility
• Support nurses and team members as needed
• Follow all facility policies and professional standards
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compassionate approach to resident care
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment
