What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Owner at Regnology, you will play a key role within our Platform organization, operating in a Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) environment. You will own and maximize the value of platform capabilities that enable multiple product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions for our customers.

Working closely with engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders, and other Product Owners, you will define and prioritize the Platform backlog, align priorities across teams, and ensure the Platform evolves to support the company's strategic objectives. You will foster transparency, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and enable efficient delivery while balancing technical investments, operational excellence, and business value.

Your Key Accountabilities

• Own, refine, and continuously prioritize the Platform Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and product needs.
• Maximize product value by balancing technical enablers, platform capabilities, reliability improvements, and customer-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple Scrum Teams operating within a LeSS framework to ensure backlog transparency, alignment, and effective delivery.
• Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, and Product Management to define platform capabilities, epics, and user stories.
• Drive product discovery and backlog refinement, ensuring requirements are clear, valuable, and ready for implementation.
• Align platform priorities with dependent product teams and facilitate effective cross-team collaboration and dependency management.
• Participate in Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and overall LeSS events to ensure consistent product direction.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Define and monitor product success metrics and continuously evaluate delivered outcomes to maximize business value.
• Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and delivery status to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric decision making across the Platform organization.
• Promote the adoption of AI-enabled tools and practices that improve product management and engineering productivity.

Why We Should Decide On You

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including experience delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Proven experience working with multiple Scrum teams in a Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), SAFe, Nexus, or comparable scaled Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Platform products, shared services, APIs, cloud platforms, developer experience, or infrastructure-related products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align business and engineering priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing demands.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understanding concepts such as APIs, distributed systems, cloud architecture, integrations, and software platforms.
• Experience working closely with architects and engineering leadership to translate technical strategy into valuable product outcomes.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Highly Preferred

• Experience in the FinTech, financial services, banking, payments, or regulatory technology industry.
• Experience owning internal platform products, developer platforms, cloud platforms, or shared technology capabilities.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, or similar productivity solutions.
• Experience with modern Agile product management practices, including Product Discovery, Outcome-Based Planning, and OKRs.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering concepts.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified LeSS Practitioner (CLP) or equivalent Agile certification is considered an advantage.
