Controller

The Controller is responsible for managing financial and HR duties, lease processing, and providing support in accounts receivable/payable, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in these areas. Key Responsibilities: Maintain asset records Process A/R credit memos Submit weekly reports Manage rebate program reporting Enter credit card charges into Payables Select and pay A/P invoices weekly Handle inventory changes Submit for cooperative and funds Monitor and report spending and bank balances HR Responsibilities: Send onboarding paperwork to new employees Request and verify drivers' licenses Submit information through E-Verify Run necessary background checks Enter new employees into payroll and benefits systems Lease Management: Process lease orders and submissions for approval Enter and manage sales orders Ensure proper documentation and fulfillment for funding Verify active leases quarterly Additional Responsibilities: Maintain lease spreadsheets and invoice through software Balance bank statements and report sales tax Provide financial information for year-end processes Serve as backup for A/R, A/P, and purchasing Correct errors in the financial system and address inquiries Year-End Duties: Work with CPA for year-end inventory and financial reporting Create and submit 1099 forms to the Treasury Department Qualifications: Strong financial management skills Proficiency in relevant software and systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively This position offers a comprehensive role in financial management and operational support, contributing to the organization's overall efficiency and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
