Regional Driver Overview
- Pay that stacks up week after week. Regional drivers average $1,300-$2,200 per week depending on location, or up to $110,000 per year.*
- Incentives that reward performance. Earn 52-56CPM base pay plus up to 9CPM in performance incentives, for a potential 61-65CPM.*
- Pay options that fit your division. Pay type depends on what's offered in your division, with options that include the CPM pay above, pay-per-load of up to 65CPM on loads of 400+ miles, 27% of revenue, or a daily rate of $350.*
- Extra pay on top of your miles. Earn accessorial, detention, trailer drop, and stop pay, plus bonus incentives and an $80 per day per diem.
- Home time built around where you live. Home time is based on your location. Talk with a recruiter about options in your area.
- Freight that keeps you rolling. Haul steady, no-touch dry van freight so you spend less time at the dock and more time on the road.

- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
