DIRECTOR- PHARMACY NORTH REGION

Position Title Director – Pharmacy – WI North Region (Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital, Rhinelander, WI) Responsibilities The Director of Regional Pharmacy plans, directs, and oversees activities, programs, and services for the inpatient pharmacy department. The position develops and secures approval of goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility, implements plans and budgets, and consults with other functions to ensure efficient coordination. The director oversees supervisory staff, monitors regulatory changes, approves policies and procedures, evaluates results, and makes decisions that impact business plans, strategic goals, and financial outcomes.
