Clinical Transition Liaison Hospice

Overview Are you looking for a rewarding career as a hospice clinical transitions liaison? You will be responsible for partnering with local Liaisons for the growth and development of new business contacts and maintaining current relationships within assigned accounts. Territory Elizabethton, Johnson City, Sullivan County (Kingsport, Bristo, TN) Schedule Tuesday - Saturday What's In It For You Base salary between $80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience) A full benefits package with choice of affordable PPO or HSA medical plans. Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships within a competitive marketplace. Partner with local Liaisons to develop and grow target accounts. Meet with patient and family members to complete consults. Respond to customers in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required One (1+) year experience in healthcare, business development or related industry. Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse in the state of service. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or related field.
