Employment Position: Bartender Location: San Diego, CA Job Id: 131-2 # of Openings: 1 Bartender Hourly | Part-Time | $17.75/hr + Tip-Eligible What It Takes to Succeed Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards Engage with guests, make recommendations, and deliver an elevated bar experience Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels behind the bar Execute opening, running, and closing side work efficiently Ensure compliance with ID checks, alcohol service laws, and safety standards Process transactions accurately using POS systems (Toast) Collaborate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations Contribute to menu knowledge, upselling, and cocktail development Education & Experience Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills Valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification (or ability to obtain) Equivalent combination of education and experience considered Why Join Our Team RMD Group is built on hospitality, energy, and creating memorable guest experiences.
