You\'ll manage reservations, handle client communications, and ensure every detail is perfect — all from your remote workspace. What You\'ll Do Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms Research travel options and destinations based on client preferences Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally What We\'re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Customer service or travel industry experience is a plus Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-focused Quick to learn new digital tools and booking platforms What We Provide Fully remote work: set your own hours (flexible, 20-40+ hours/week) $50,000 - $60,000/year Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship Clear processes and established systems for success Growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment About You Travel industry experience is not required.
