Pediatric Physical Therapist Outpatient

Arbor Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Glendale clinic team! In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services to clients across the lifespan, helping them reach their functional and developmental goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct client screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to determine therapy needs and treatment goals Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide therapy services to injured, ill, or disabled clients to improve mobility, strength, and ability to perform daily activities Oversee treatment provided by Physical Therapy Assistants when applicable Maintain a full-time caseload of 32+ clients while delivering high-quality, client-centered care Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal outcomes Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress toward goals in accordance with submission deadlines Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and communicate client progress with caregivers and relevant care partners Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies while supporting clinic operations Requirements Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or ability to obtain clearance Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities Passion for professional growth and continuing education Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills Bilingualism is a plus Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision coverage (fully covered dental and vision + competitive medical plans) Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with 3% company match Continuing education and professional development support 100% employer-paid EOS Gym membership Company-provided logo wear and milestone recognition Employee-led Culture Committee with quarterly events and team-building activities Supportive team environment with real opportunities for growth Relocation Assistance – We'll help make your move to Glendale smooth and stress-free Retention Bonus Program – Recognizing your dedication and commitment to the team Working Conditions This role involves intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting, and working closely with clients who may have physical, developmental, or behavioral challenges.
