Simone Warehouse, LLC. Truck Drivers Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Truck Driver to join our team. Simone International is a leading Industry Importer and Distributor of Wine & Spirits and looking for full-time Truck Drivers/Warehouse Workers to make deliveries in the New York & New Jersey area. In this role, you will transport goods from one location to another safely. You will plan the most efficient route, ensure adherence to delivery schedules, and perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Local Trucking route making deliveries in New York/New Jersey. Lift up to 50 pound cases of product Ability to work safely and conscientiously in the safest and most efficient manner Exhibit good time management skills and dependability to delivery schedules Communicate with supervisors, vendors, customers, and all employees in a professional manner Maintain daily logs, inspection paperwork, and submit all required delivery paperwork with accuracy. Comply with all company policies and driving laws Pass all required medical and related examinations Qualifications Must be 21 years old 2 years experience as a Truck Driver is preferred No commercial driver’s license (CDL) required Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Required to understand, speak, read and write English.
