POSITION SUMMARY To ensure the customer has the best possible experience when have their new floors installed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs Must display a sense of urgency to address & satisfy customer issues Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
