Creation Lab Technician

We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and technically curious Flavor Compounder at our Princeton, NJ creative center to support flavor creation, application and laboratory operations in a fast-paced flavor development environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food science, flavor technology, sensory evaluation and precision laboratory work. The successful candidate will work closely with flavorists and technologists to prepare formulations, maintain raw materials, support beverage and applications and ensure excellent laboratory practices. We are looking for someone with strong work ethic, reliability, accuracy and eagerness to learn.

You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in chemistry, food science, or related field
• 1+ year of lab or technician experience (flavor/fragrance preferred)
• Basic chemistry or food science knowledge
• Experience in laboratory compounding and weighing precision
• Familiarity with SOPs, documentation, and quality processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
