Certified Medication Technician (CMT) 8hr Shifts Full-Time Day & Full-Time Evening Available! Increased Shift Differential - Up to $4hr! Job Summary: Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse
- Monitor and record the condition of residents, including vital signs and medication administration
- Assist with resident care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Current certification as a Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, bend, and move confidential records and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
