Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development. Preferred qualifications: Deep working knowledge of key energy stakeholders, critical policy debates, and advocacy dynamics across the U.S. landscape, with specialized insight into state legislative environments, regional markets, and the stakeholder ecosystem. Strong background in clean energy policy and programmatic strategy, with practical familiarity with utility regulatory frameworks, infrastructure development dynamics, and community impact considerations. Robust executive presence and relationship‑building acumen, with demonstrated success establishing trusted partnerships with external advocates, ENGO leaders, industry coalitions, and cross‑functional teams.
