Billing Specialist

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time Billing Specialist professional wanted! The Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating daily billing, invoice corrections, and creating/maintaining equipment MSO's. Specific Duties: Process customer billing & credit invoices in SAP. Verify the accuracy of the invoice information including sales price vs cost, sales tax & freight. Create and maintain Equipment Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) for equipment sales. Assist the Credit and Collections team in setting up customer information in SAP & monitoring credit blocks in SAP. Assist the accounting, customer service & sales with invoice & credit memo issues and other miscellaneous tasks as required. Qualifications: 3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience preferably in a medium-to-large company environment Good communication skills both written and verbal Strong general knowledge of accounts receivable processes with expertise in billing Strong time management skills Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Experience with using SAP is preferable The ability to handle stress, to manage time and people and to analyze numbers About Crafco, Inc.
