Registered Nurse (Full Time Clinic Manager - Day Shift)

Job Title: Surgical Services RN Manager Location: Providence St Vincent Medical Center, Portland, OR Work Schedule: Full‑time (1.0 FTE) Day Shift. Eligible for annual incentive program, paid leadership time off, $10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates, relocation available. Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports. Oversee the operations of 27 operating rooms. Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes. Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety. Foster a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited nursing school. Oregon Registered Nurse License. Recent first‑line management experience.
