What You’ll Do Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions for the U.S. Commercial function. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to gain insights into patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, and commercial opportunities. Establish and follow best practices for model development, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement. Develop advanced analytics and AI solutions to generate actionable insights into patient and provider behavior and treatment patterns. Create predictive models supporting patient identification, treatment initiation, adherence, and provider engagement strategies. Integrate and analyze claims, EHR, and commercial data to improve patient access and commercial effectiveness. Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Insights & Analytics teams to translate insights into evidence‑based business strategies. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams. Lead and mentor data scientists and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Manage external vendors and consulting partners as needed. Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, managing multiple initiatives with high‑quality execution. Required Skills Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 8+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or AI. 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. Commercial organizations within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. 3+ years leading technical teams or large cross‑functional initiatives. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI. Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and optimization techniques. Knowledge of commercial pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, Komodo, or claims and EHR datasets. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and tools. Experience in managing cross‑functional projects in a matrixed organization. Proven track record of driving business results through data‑driven strategies. Additional Information The base compensation range for this role is: $170,000.00-$233,750.00. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
