Role Overview Role supporting multiple community sites and center leads Located at large cancer center within system’s main hospital Up to 70% clinical, seeing patients 28 hours/week including inpatient consults and minimal call Very flexible regarding clinical interests of the incoming director Staff positions also available for those with interest in malignant hem, solid tumor (can be 100% Oncology), or GU Not an academic position with dedicated research time, but mentorship for Hem/Onc Fellowship program Position offers guaranteed salary model with additional leadership stipend 200K+ Recruitment Loan upon start date Qualifications Prefer 3+ years leadership experience within sizable program Can support H1B visa Unable to support J1 or 01 visa Living in Pennsylvania Low cost of living, great school districts and easy access to larger cities Proximity to New York City, Philadelphia and Harrisburg #J-18808-Ljbffr
