As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will work collaboratively with the Associate Director of Media to oversee a team of 10 media professionals, guiding strategy, mentorship, and process development. You will be the agency’s storyteller, helping clients maximize their media spend through compelling, data-driven insights. This role requires deep expertise in paid media—including search, social, and programmatic—along with a holistic understanding of digital marketing. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, confidently presenting media plans and strategies that align with their goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a digital media leadership role, whether at an agency or a major marketing department.
