Technical Program Analyst (SSP/Submarines)

Role Overview The Technical Program Analyst will support the Ship Integration Branch (SP26) of Strategic Systems Programs (SSP). The analyst will focus on the Common Missile Compartment (CMC) Program for the COLUMBIA (CLB) and United Kingdom (UK) Dreadnought (DRNT) Class Submarines. Responsibilities The analyst will participate in readiness activities for the post-delivery phase of the CLB program, including working group participation, schedule and risk analysis, and technical and programmatic review of deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements. Support Construction Management activities for the CMC program by coordinating communication between D.C. and Groton-based SP26 teams, facilitating information exchange, and resolving issues that affect SWS installation and testing activities. Manage the processing and resolution of submarine construction documents, tracking deficiencies, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing regular updates to leadership on construction and issue resolution status. Assist in CMC Program Risk Management by developing new risks, tracking existing risks, and ensuring timely mitigation and alignment with the evolving program state. Periodic travel of approximately 4-6 times a year to Groton and program locations is required. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year (Washington D.C.). Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Active DoD SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET strongly preferred). Ability to work in Washington D.C. and travel to CONUS locations 4-6 times a year. 5+ years of experience related to Strategic Weapon System and/or submarine construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project). Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable operating with minimal oversight and interacting with senior leaders across a range of stakeholders.
