Part-Time Retail Sales Associate KeyholderExpress is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at Streets @ Brentwood. The Part-Time Sales Associate Keyholder provides a great in-store shopping experience for our retail customers and executes opening and closing procedures.Key Responsibilities:Performs opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security systemPerforms overrides at checkout as neededMaintains a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customersFollows company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all our associates and customersAssists with product launch changes according to the company SOPDelivers on all aspects of the customer experience modelProcesses transactions quickly and accurately, reducing the customer's wait timePositively resolves customer service-related issues as they arise and determines a resolution or escalates further, communicating all issues and resolutions to Store ManagementDrives credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.Other essential functions may occur as directed by your supervisor.Required Experience & Qualifications:Education: High School or EquivalentYears of Experience: 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 monthsProficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hoursMeets physical requirementsCritical Skills & Attributes:Previous retail experience preferredCustomer service skills and ability to interact with customersStrong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associatesDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a teamBenefits and Compensation:PHOENIX offers a range of benefits to help protect full-time associate's health and long-term financial security including:Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company matchMerchandise discountPaid Time OffParental leave for new moms and dadsFor part-time associates, PHOENIX is partnering with LIG Solutions to help associates obtain individual insurance coverage that best fits their needs and budget, including major medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life Insurance and more.Additionally, part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match.Part-time associates are also eligible to receive an Express merchandise discount, participate in our Learn & Earn incentive program, and choose voluntary benefits through YouDecide.Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate.Pay Range: $16.90 - $24.05 per hour
