Drive CMiC adoption for real‑time financial visibility and automation. HR, Payroll & Performance‑Based Compensation – Oversee payroll administration & compliance with federal and state regulations. Work with HR to integrate ESOP benefits and improve payroll systems. Design commission & bonus structures for Project Managers based on profitability. Profitability, Growth & Performance Metrics – Maintain a minimum 10% net profit margin and track financial KPIs. Utilize CMiC for job costing, expense tracking, and project profitability analysis. Identify opportunities to streamline operations & reduce costs. Leverage AI‑powered financial analytics for forecasting and risk assessment.
