Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of CT experience, prior travel experience, and Level I Trauma background for a 13-week assignment in Robbinsdale, MN.

Details

• Hospital-based CT imaging department serving a neonate through geriatric patient population
• Day and evening shifts with 8:00 AM–11:00 AM start times on an 8-hour, 40-hour/week schedule
• Weekends required on a department rotation basis (manager may consider waiving this requirement)
• No on-call requirements
• Epic EMR — experience required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• At least 1 year of prior travel experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Experience with pediatric through geriatric patient populations required
• Current ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Performs CT imaging exams and procedures accurately, applying critical thinking and recognizing emergent situations
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential patient medical records
• Interacts professionally with physicians, team members, patients, and families
• The agency is responsible for supplying the traveler's dosimetry badge for the duration of the assignment
• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration, as they may not be honored if submitted later
• Two supervisory references taken within the last two years are required for consideration
• A current skills checklist (within the past year) pertinent to CT is required for consideration
