Order Filler Location: Elizabethtown, PA | Hours: 10:00AM–7:00PM, Monday–Friday | Full‑time | Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 Responsibilities Verify order accuracy and relabel outgoing shipments Pull and check orders following procedures Select appropriate shipping containers for maximum product protection Check and pack orders according to the packing slip, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds Clean work area at the end of each shift Assist with other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience Ability to read, write, and speak English Must be 18 years or older High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience Ability to accurately match part numbers Basic proficiency in using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motion with hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur Lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally (team lifting or material handling equipment required for items over 50 pounds) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 25‑year company match up to 6% for 401(k) Opportunities for professional development Pay Range: $16 – $21 per hour We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and believe our differences make us stronger.
