Exciting Opportunity for Level IV Labor & Delivery Nurse!

Job Description:

- Join a brand-new Women & Infants Hospital as a Level IV trained Labor & Delivery Nurse!
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring:
- 15 bed Labor & Delivery unit
- 20 bed High Risk Unit
- 8 bed OB Triage
- Provide exceptional care by adhering to AWHONN guidelines:
- 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in active labor
- Two patients in early, latent labor
- Be an integral part of our team:
- Take on charge nurse responsibilities in both L&D and the High Risk Unit
- Serve as a baby nurse for deliveries
- Enjoy a flexible schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Every third weekend and holiday rotation
- Commit to a culture of reliability and teamwork with a no-tolerance policy for calling in.
- Collaborate with cutting-edge practices involving:
- Magnesium and insulin drips
- Advanced NRP certification
- Advanced external fetal monitoring
- Potential to float to L&D unit in Carmel if needed.
- Participate in an orientation program of two shifts.
