HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service TechnicianOne Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Cincinnati area. We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on technical and investment decisions while making service calls in their homes.What can joining the One Hour team offer you?An hourly rate plus commission pay structure that paves the way for you to earn up to $120,000 annually!Shift premium pay for weekend shifts.Top-of-the-industry benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO and personal days, parental leave, 401k with company match, and more!Responsibilities:Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.Test each system after service or repair has been completed.Perform a proper inspection of the system.Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers.Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices.Provide customer leads to sales team.Qualifications:Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred.Strong communication and customer service skills a must!High school diploma or GED required.Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
