Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, mental, and substance use issues. Develop individualized treatment plans that are clear, concise, and tailored to each client's needs. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support recovery and well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in therapy techniques and strategies. Provide crisis intervention as needed and develop post-crisis support plans. Engage in community outreach and represent the organization at professional networking events. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, specifically related to substance use. Strong understanding of therapeutic methods and evidence-based practices for mental health and substance abuse treatment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
