- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM \n
- Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day \n
- Practice Setting: Established practice with an inherited patient panel \n
- Team Structure: Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team \n
- Unique Feature: Immediate patient continuity — no ramp-up period required \n
- Community Focus: Participation in community health initiatives and outreach programs \n
